SUNSHINE CHASER
“I did not withhold my heart from any pleasure.” (Ecclesiastes 2:10)

D iana and Dave love to ride their jet skis on the lake, skimming across the water on
warm sunny days. But one morning the weather was cool and mostly cloudy, and
Diana couldn’t convince Dave to go out. So she went on her own. It was so cold that she
flitted back and forth across the lake, trying to keep herself in the sunshine for some
needed warmth. But every time she reached a sunny area, the clouds moved and it quickly
turned to shade. Realizing the futility and silliness of chasing the sunshine, she finally gave
up because it didn’t bring her what she wanted.
King Solomon did another kind of chasing that couldn’t bring him satisfaction (Eccl. 2:1).
In the first 11 verses of Ecclesiastes 2 alone, he mentions that he chased after pleasure,
laughter, wine, wisdom, houses, gardens, money, possessions, and music. But his
evaluation was that ―all was vanity and grasping for the wind. There was no profit under

the sun‖ (2:11). Those pursuits were empty—―vanity of vanities‖ (1:2). He wisely
concluded: ―Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is man’s all‖ (12:13).

Chasing after empty pleasure
Will not satisfy one’s heart;
But to those who follow Jesus,
Life’s fulfillment He’ll impart.
Only God can fill an empty heart.
To begin our prayer time together, we ask you to repeat this prayer with us each day...

“O gracious and heavenly Father, in name of Jesus Christ I pray for Pastor Avinash
and Rajiv and every member of their families and the entire staff of Well Fortified
Intercessors Army and Living God Group and their families. Lord keeps them safe
from all the evil powers and no harm should come to them and every one who are
working in the ministry. Lord Jesus guides each step and shows the right path on
which they will take. Dear Father God you have called them to do your will. Protect
them and guide them in whatever they do. I pray shower your blessings on them so
that they will be able to fulfill the work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Father God give
them strength and power and health. My heavenly Father keeps them away from all
kinds of dangers and gives them shelter under your wings. In the name of the Lord
Jesus Christ, I command a hedge of protection to be around their home and property
today and I ask that warrior angels sent by the you true Father God would be placed
to stand guard at any holes that might be in that hedge. I place the full armors of God
on them, and I ask that the light of the Lord Jesus shine through them this day. In
the name of Jesus I ask-Amen”

Pray specifically today for people you know who need to know the saving and healing power
of Jesus Christ in their lives. Many people are suffering – spiritually, emotionally, and
physically – let us stand before our Mighty God today on their behalf!

have called them to do.‖

Diabetes
How to Control Diabetes
Diabetes is defined as a metabolism disorder. Metabolism means the way our bodies use
digested food for energy and growth. Most of what we eat is turned into glucose. Glucose
is a form of sugar in the blood and it is the principal source of energy for our bodies.
When our food is digested the glucose makes its way into our bloodstream, our cells use
the glucose for energy and growth. However, glucose cannot enter our cells without insulin
being present - insulin makes it possible for our cells to take in the glucose. Insulin is a
hormone that is produced by the pancreas.

If you have diabetes, you should know how to control diabetes to prevent serious
health complications. There are some steps you can take to help keep your blood sugar
levels in a healthy range:

1) Take your insulin or pills on the fixed time.

2) Try to follow your diet plan strictly.

3) Don’t forget your regular exercise.

4) Check your blood sugar level daily.

5) Learn as much as possible about diabetes.

6) Don’t forget to visit your doctor regularly.

Best medicine: Pray to Jesus, Lord will heal you.

In the name of Jesus and in agreement with the Word, I command sickness to go. I
command disease and bondage to go in Jesus mighty name. Father, by the power of the
Holy Spirit, I pray that the anointing for healing will be released right now in Jesus’ name
and that from this moment on healing, restoration and health will come to these peoples
listed above. This I pray in Jesus wonderful and glorious name. Amen.
